IMPORTANT INFORMATION

THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT!

We have reserved and the exclusive use of the entire Panamint Springs Resort Campground from March 22 – 25, 2018 for this event. The use of the campground is limited only to all registered participants with proof of payment (event badge). 

All guest upon arrival to the Basecamp, a registration process is required by checking in at RV Site #1 or #2. We ask that this be completed prior to setting up camp or going into your room or cabin directly. This allows us to communicate any last-minute information and direct you to your assigned camp spot or accommodation.  Please pick up your event badge (sorry no proxy allowed), camp site assignment, placard (parking pass), dinner ticket(s) and merchandises you purchased on-line.

Signing in will be the only formal check in of the entire rally. Only those who checked-in will have the privilege in participating to the Saturday night raffle. Prizes will only be handed to lucky winners wearing a name badge.

Please Wear Badge:  Having your badge on you and displayed, this is a great opportunity for us to get to know the person behind his/her adv alias. This is always a great start to camaraderie and friendship.

Likewise, to prevent non-participants wandering in the campground, we strongly recommend  we wear our badge while in the premises. We do not have a security person to watch for our safety and our valuable gear and equipment. By having no badge to display, that will clue us who is not legit and give us a reason to approach them.

Camp Site Sharing: Don’t be a stranger,  join or share camp with others; this is a great way to promote making new friends and riding partners. Note that you can not invite non-registered friends or people to stay in your site.
